Texts from Sully.

Account holders can opt in to receive their daily business brief, account alerts, and drafts awaiting approval by SMS. This page describes the program in full so you know exactly what you're agreeing to.

What the program is

Sully is a business assistant for home service contractors. Owners and team members who hold a Sully account can opt in to receive 1-to-1 conversational text messages from Sully on their personal mobile phone. Messages cover:

  • Daily morning briefings about your business (jobs, leads, invoices, calls)
  • Account alerts when something needs your attention (overdue invoice, stale quote, missed call)
  • Drafts that Sully has prepared and is waiting on your approval before sending
  • Replies to messages you send back to the assistant
  • Transactional account-security messages (opt-in confirmation, STOP acknowledgement)

We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this channel. We do not text your customers from this program — only you, the Sully account holder.

How to opt in

  1. 1Sign in to your Sully account at sull.ai/login. Sign-in is by magic link to your work email.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Texts (sull.ai/settings/sms). Enter your mobile number.
  3. 3Tick the dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never bundled with any other agreement. The exact opt-in label you must agree to is:

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Sully — including daily business briefings, alerts, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you save, we send a one-time SMS confirmation to your number. Your opt-in record, including the exact label shown above, the date, your IP address, and the user-agent of the browser used, is stored against your account so we can prove what you saw at the time of consent.

Sample messages

Below are representative messages a subscriber may receive. Actual content is generated by the assistant from the subscriber's own connected business data.

  • Sully here. Your morning brief: 3 jobs scheduled today, 2 invoices over 30 days, 1 quote from Harrison waiting on your reply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
  • Heads up — invoice #1042 to Canyon Ridge ($12,100) just hit 45 days overdue. Want me to draft a follow-up email? Reply YES.
  • Reminder: Mark at Harrison Custom Homes hasn't been contacted in 60 days and has an open $18k estimate. Worth a call this week.
  • Your weekly summary is ready: 14 jobs completed, $42k billed, 3 leads still open. Open the app for the full breakdown.
  • Quick check-in: the Russo HVAC quote you sent Monday hasn't been viewed yet. Want me to send a nudge?

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. We send a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out and then no further texts will be sent. Opt-out is honored immediately across every Sully channel.

Reply HELP for support

Reply HELP at any time to receive support information including the program description, support email, and a reminder of how to opt out. You can also reach a human at hello@sull.ai.

You can also un-tick the SMS box on the Texts settings page or email us to be removed.

Carrier and legal disclosures

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. A typical subscriber receives one to several messages per business day.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. These costs are not part of any subscription fee you pay Sully.
  • Supported carriers.Service is available on most major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and the major MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information includes your phone number, opt-in status, and the content of messages you send to or receive from us. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure, including how Twilio acts as our message-delivery subprocessor.
  • Eligibility. The SMS program is available only to verified Sully account holders aged 18 or older with a US mobile number.
